Hello, I'm Sarah-Jane and what an honour it is to connect with you.
I would like to share with you honestly and openly my colourful life and traumas…….
I always felt the need to numb my emotions, as they were too strong and overwhelming. I felt an imbalance in my life and used drugs, alcohol and antidepressants to try and “feel normal”. Little did I understand then, the drinking, drugs and antidepressants were adding to my anxiety.
In 2013, I experienced a spiritual awakening, spirit Angel's stepped in (just as I was about to take my own life as I couldn't cope with my emotions any longer) and after that truly magical, angelic experience my journey began and I awakened to who I truly am.
I started meditating on a daily basis and deepened my healing experience. I kept hearing Reiki while meditating and after one particular healing session it resonated with my soul and I became a channel for the beautiful energy of Reiki and also learning that I was an Empath.
I steadily weaned myself off medication, became a vegetarian and also cut all alcohol and recreational drugs out of my life.
I am so grateful that I can now help people heal and connect with who they truly are.
