Ladies Whether you're seeking personal growth, energetic alignment, or a profound connection with your own body and intuition, this workshop provides the gateway to a new dimension of self-discovery and transformation. I'd love to share it with you.

Starting with some cacao( I use Forever Cacao ❤) I guide you with a ceremony

Next we will be vocalising some chakra mantras , which will then lead into sensual dance .

Ending with a beautiful Sound Healing journey.
